He can leave at the drop of a hat if he perceives that he's having editorial difficulties. Other writers, such as Chris Claremont, harbor possibly too much sentimentality for what is ultimately work-for-hire on characters they don't own.Matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14580725636327122073noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7105844689832543332.post-6577205610801328492017-05-22T18:38:12.641-07:002017-05-22T18:38:12.641-07:00Not only that panel. And we can see Romita inks again: next page, the last panel (the heads of Reed and Tigra).

It's evident that this issue was made very quickly. From a certain moment, it is noticeable that John Byrne hardly sketches the drawing, just as the inking accuses this.Spideyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03355506688810413391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7105844689832543332.post-39314141757537733022017-01-17T10:12:19.621-08:002017-01-17T10:12:19.621-08:00Sure enough! Sometimes I can notice sudden inking changes between pages/panels in a comic, but other times I pass right over them. It probably depends on how much attention I'm paying to the artwork versus just reading the story and skimming the pictures.Matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14580725636327122073noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7105844689832543332.post-24622152972385636682017-01-09T18:24:29.122-08:002017-01-09T18:24:29.122-08:00Gordon’s inks definitely got bolder and less scrat...
Gordon’s inks definitely got bolder and less scratchy but parts of this issue, specifically, look to have had other hands stepping in for whatever reason(s) — Romita faces jump out in one panel.

Blamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07342343767763035991noreply@blogger.com
